Shop Review (Olde Country Gourmet - Stafford, Virginia): Lake Country Blush is a sweet rose' wine; their take on the popular White Zinfandel.  Simply put - this is strawberries and cream in a glass.  It's also a perfect wine for Sangria - the winery offers their secret recipe with any bottle of Lake Country Blush purchased!

My Review: I absolutely LOVED this wine!! Although I typically enjoy a sweet blush, this wine is a steal for $11.00 a bottle. It is slightly sweet, but the flavor is really what is so great about this wine. You can really taste the berry flavor but it also has a smooth somewhat vanilla finish. I thought it was great and would love to try it with sangria as well as various foods to see how they change or enhance the already wonderful flavors.
