Winery Review: Shiraz is Australia's classic red grape variety. This wine shows ripe, plummy flavours with full fruit and well structured tannins giving it a medium bodied palate with a well rounded, dry finish.

My Review: Although this is a nice wine and had good flavor, I am not a huge fan of dry wines. It had a full fruity flavor and the wine itself was good, but the aftertaste was VERY dry and not for me. I think that it may pair better with foods in which you are tasting other flavors than the wine, but I would not buy this wine again for a night of drinking without pairing.
