Review: After tasting two other wines from this winery, I was definitely excited to taste the Cabernet from Fish Eye. I smelled the berry aromas in the wine, but got more of a tropical spice than a pepper on this nose. We tasted this wine with a spicy sausage jambalaya, and absolutely loved the pairing. The wine has a very slight sweetness and a great fruit flavor, so it paired very well with the spice in the food pairing.
